Take one beautiful design from our wonderful client, add professional planning and preparation by our team, plus a hard slog working around tight timelines, restricted access for vehicle egress and the challenge of fitting carpet neatly around fixed venue bollards. It's most rewarding when it all comes together in the end! We also installed a heavy-duty, safe and robust outdoor media wall for photo opportunities and high-quality, shiny bollards with red ropes to delineate the arrival space

An impressive design by our client completely transformed a retail sporting goods store to create a sleek event space for a high profile product launch. Over 30 lineal metres of fabric media walling thoughout the space at 3m high with one section a whopping 3.4m high provided bold promotional opportunities. Yes they look good, but importantly are also neat, tidy, safe and stable - we don't do floppy, wobbly walling! What's that an LED screen mounted to the media wall that really works? You bet! Designed in-house by our team (AKA the tinkering department). Finishing touches included custom printed wall returns, black bollards with black ropes, and chrome sign frames.

When is a bar not a bar? When it’s actually an internally-lit media wall backdrop! More than one guest was entirely fooled by the realistic finish that really popped with the backlit wall design. Many other printed assets included; arrivals media wall, individual star walls, printed bar mats, and an internally lit hi-bar. Our client benefited greatly by planning Melbourne and Sydney events across separate dates, with many of the printed assets used in Sydney first and then re-installed in Melbourne.
Finishing touches included main wall front lighting on mini-truss and battery power, black carpets, brass bollards, gold ropes, and coloured static lighting.

Remember The Time you didn’t think there was room for a fabulous media wall? We have solutions! The bonus of turning to our team’s technical skill and custom-designed framework is that we’re always seeking ways to do something a little bit different. In this instance the slim profile of our double-sided framework – exclusive to Carpethire and event essentials – provided a narrow wall to perfectly fit the space available. Add the pop of internal lighting and the client’s design was a Thriller.
Additional elements to compliment the space consisted of coloured lighting, red and black premium plush carpets, tensa barriers for queuing, and power supplied via Li-Tech battery systems.

When luxury brands and stylish films collide then only the most beautiful media wall product will do! Not just an arrivals element, in this instance our media wall products were used to represent a boutique display linking the visual dynamics of the brand and the film.
Images below feature the renders from our original proposal and the final result. The media walls were the stand-out feature of the spaces in three states, with the custom internal lighting element making the walls appear true to life. A bold, innovative design was met with bold, innovative solutions to provide a winning activation space.The special guest, well-known Australian sportsperson was made to feel right at home with a 3-point line themed carpet, custom designed and produced by our team.
Two media walls further reinforced branding, which included a mounted, LED screen to display content for the event. Solar-loaded Li-Tech batteries powered all audio/ visual equipment for an activation that was a slam dunk!

Our custom designed media wall framework enabled the perfect solution for the restricted installation space available. We produced a media wall size to perfectly define the temporary VIP space for this premium brand, and concealed the non-print side with a black drape line to provide a perfectly clean look from all sides.
The sleek, seamless wall was perfectly lit to suit professional photography, mounted on tiny truss system, and powered on green-solution, solar-loaded Li-Tech batteries!
Additional greening to compliment the brand consisted of flawless green carpet, and green rope with shiny brass bollards.

A few special touches give an event that cachet that stands apart from the rest. Our team love to be challenged to produce bespoke elements and this one included a media wall customised to include a mounted LED Screen! We now have the mounting kit in our standard rental range which appears to be another first for fabric media walls.
Branding was further reinforced though the space with decals applied to both the black carpet and the glass balustrading around the temporary event space.
Audio Visual elements were powered with our Li-Tech battery system enabling elements to be placed anywhere without the old-school reliance on access to power. Tidy, clean solar-powered, silent energy on this event!

A Smurfy event entry transformed the foyer space for a film-inspired, experiential space. The film characters were brought to life with a 9-metre-wide internally-lit media wall, and on-brand coloured turf perfectly complimenting the theme. We’re proud to say the turf installation on existing carpet did not budge one millimetre over the 4-week activation, even with vast numbers of Smurfy little fans playing in the space!
Custom created signage and toadstools futher enhanced the look to bring the Smurf village to life.
Single printed, seamless 16m long Fabric Media Wall

We custom designed our framework to provide a close-fit of the fabric, minimising creases and provide numerous sizes, options and configurations. All that planning really pays off when we get an opportunity to provide walls like this one. The single piece of fabric - 16.0m in length – was tight as a drum for over 20 days of installation providing a perfect background to the hospitality space. Find a crease, I challenge you!

All lighting was powered on battery which resulted in a super-clean event space, and enabled the media wall to be placed anywhere in the venue regardless of access to power.

What we did:
For this movie premiere our inspiration for the carpet colours came directly from the movie title – we used red, white and blue carpet to resemble the American flag.
We installed stripes of alternating red and white exhibition carpet joined by rectangular sections of blue exhibition carpet adorned with stars.
A media wall was provided for the obligatory media photos. The theme continued through to the installation of chrome deluxe bollards with alternating red, white and blue ropes, providing an impressive entrance carpet for the latest in the American Pie film franchise.

For the release of Hairspray the brief was to supply a carpet entrance in hot pink. We installed more than 110 metres of hot pink exhibition-style carpet for the stars, celebs and guests to strut their stuff for this premiere.
